Guest registration form
Chinese: 来场者登记表
A check-in form requesting information such as the golfer's name, address or hotel, telephone number, and signature. Some courses now use a tablet, QR code, or self-check-in kiosk instead.
Example: 受付で利用者署名簿に氏名と連絡先を記入します。
What to verify before booking
Check current operating hours, reservation requirements, restrictions, and whether the facility is available for early or twilight plans.
